This recently furnished apartment, which sleeps 6, marries old world Portuguese charm with 21st century conveniences. The open floor plan features a large and sunny living/dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms & two bathrooms. The first floor walk-up, tastefully decorated with native Portuguese tile, has a wrap-around balcony and sea view. The master bedroom has a full bed, the master bathroom a bath and separate shower. The second bedroom has a twin pullout trundle and the bathroom has a shower. Also provided for your holiday needs: linens, towels, washer and clothesline, dishwasher, gas range and oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, dish- and glassware, silver, cooking utensils, flat screen TV and satellite, wireless broadband internet, DVD, iPod dock, hair dryer, ironing board and iron.

We arrange golf packages and offer special rates on green fees to our self catering guests. It may be possible to play with local ex-pats on one of the many excellent golf courses surrounding Lisbon and Cascais. Just email us asking for our offers.
In addition, whilst the golfers are playing a round of golf, we could arrange to take non-golfers on a day excursion . See our tours section (walking tour of Lisbon, Obidos, Sintra or many more options)
Our accommodation prices include bed linen, bathroom towels & the final clean. We can provide additional cleaning on a daily basis at a charge of €.7.00 per hour (two hour minimum)
Save space in your suitcases for all the shopping you want to take home. Beach towels and beach umbrellas are available to rent at €7.50 per item per week.

30% Deposit payment to secure booking.

Rental of travel cot and or baby high chair per week: €15 each.
Supplement for cot linen: baby pillow with pillow case, mattress protector, top and bottom sheets, blanket or duvet with cover.
We can accept payments by cheque in Euros or bank transfer in GBP or Euros. We can also accept deposit payments via PayPal (credit cards accepted through PayPal) in US Dollars.

Sintra, a world heritage site is just 20 minutes from Cascais.
Évora, a world heritage site is around 2 hours and Obidos is about 1 hour.
Fátima is about 1 hour.
Algarve coast is around 2.5 hours
Seville is around 4 hours

Externally

Nearby two 4-star hotels have pool and gym facilities available per diem, a taxi stand and tennis club. A small shopping center offers every service needed, including a supermarket, and the delightful Praceta next door has restaurants for every taste and budget. With shopping and dining within easy walk, there's no need for a car, but rental agencies are just a few minutes up the train line.

Coast / Beach

The apartment is a two-minute walk from the longest beach on the Estoril coast, host to international surfing, kite surfing and wind surfing contests. At one end stands the imposing 16th Century fort of Sao Juliao de Barra, once used as a political prison, at the other a broad outcropping of ocean rock locally renowned for its curative iodine. In between stretches a colorful boardwalk dotted with restaurants, cafes, bars and nightclubs.

Golf

Please ask us about our reduced golf green fees. If you need a transport service whilst here playing golf, we can put a Mercedes Vito (9-seater) at your disposal. Please ask us for a quote.

Travel

The Cascais-Lisbon train that runs every 10 minutes is only a short walk away. We offer private guided car tours for excursions to famous sites.
