Notes on accomodation

- Whilst golfers are playing a round of golf, we can arrange to take non-golfers on a day excursion. See our golf passport infomation here.
- Our accommodation price includes one set of bed linen & bathroom towels. A compulsory end of stay cleaning fee applies. We can provide additional cleaning on a daily basis at a charge of €28 per hour (team of two).
- Save space in your suitcases for all the shopping you want to take home. Beach towels and beach umbrellas are available to rent at €7.50 per item per week. You can add these and baby equipment at the time of online booking.

Outside there is (secure) parking for up to 2 cars (main gates are operated via a remote), plus large gardens that are shared between the residents of the building.
We have plug-in oil filled radiators to heat the bedrooms.
There is no air-con, but the house is very old (over 150 years) with very thick walls so rarely, if ever, gets too hot in the summer. In fact, "cool and airy" is probably a good description of the house!
It is probably also worth noting that all the fixtures and furniture in the house, with the exception of the 2nd bathroom, are brand new.

We accept cash on arrival for balance payments for most properties, please ask!
A member of our team will meet you at the property to check you in. Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply:
- For arrival between 20h00 and 23h00: €25.00
- For arrival after 23h00: €50.00
Ask us about our under occupancy discounts for smaller groups.
MONTHLY RENTAL RATES:
October 2014 to May 2015 - €950 / month.
June & September 2015- €1050 / month.
July & August 2015 - 25% of the weekly rate

The house is located at the head of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. Located in Sao Joao, between Lisbon and Cascais the apartment is perfect for those who wish to visit the vibrant capital city as well as coastal beaches of Cascais.

The road adjoining the one the house is on has a cafe, a restaurant, a beauty parlour, an (excellent!) ice-cream parlour and a small florist/gift shop. Next to the station there are several shops, small bars, several cafes, patisserie/bakery, two small supermarkets, a pharmacy, hairdressers, plus several small restaurants in the vicinity (and many more by the beach). The area around the apartment is well served by public transport.
Getting to Lisbon
Walk a few minutes to the train station to journey into Lisbon.
