This very spacious holiday villa offers a study for work from home situations or as an additional bedroom with pull out bed in addition to the 4 bedrooms. Located only 5 minutes on foot from one of Portugal's most popular swimming beaches. It is also only 5 minutes from the station which links you to Cascais and Lisbon.
A large modern kitchen, well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, sandwich maker and large fridge/freezer with ice dispenser will cater for all your holiday cooking needs.
The upper floor has the 4 bedrooms with excellent high quality (and extra length) beds. The master is en-suite and has a king-size bed. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each of the rooms, which can be joined to form King-size beds. There is a full family bathroom with a very large walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has an extremely comfortable sofa bed, which is convenient as this room also has a 50 inch smart TV.
A large garage in the basement with space for 2 cars has direct access to the house. There is also a tumble dryer in the basement. Plenty balcony space both in front and behind the house.
This beautiful villa also boasts a super large living room with a 65 inch smart TV, as well as a dining room area and bar that look out onto the front patio and garden. Comfortable patio furniture will make sure you enjoy relaxing lazy days in the sun or shade.
For those on a working vacation, it has a very spacious study, with a large desk and Wi-Fi throughout the house.
