As property finders, we offer you balanced and impartial advice about buying a property because we are not affiliated with any agency or financial institution.

After taking an initial brief of exactly what you are looking for, we will analyse all your needs prior to searching for and matching the property precisely to your requirements.

To achieve this, we use a combination of the Internet, local estate agents, private sellers and developers along with various other vendors and media sources.

Because of our local knowledge, we are able to weed out homes which are sub-standard, on busy routes and main roads or located next to industrial or commercial premises before you come over to look at them. We can also save you time and money by making realistic offers on overpriced homes. In short, we’re here to save you money and help protect you from making mistakes!

We have strong relationships with banks, lawyers, builders and other specialists with whom we can put you in touch. Alternatively, we can help you find a project manager if you’re looking to buy a run-down property and refurbish it yourself.

Please contact us or fill in our simple on-line questionnaire with your requirements and once we have received your retaining fee, we will immediately set about finding your dream home.

Once we have drawn up a short-list of properties matching your criteria, we will invite you to visit Portugal.

We suggest that you arrive on a Thursday afternoon, when we will collect you from the airport and arrange viewings for Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.

On Saturday afternoon we will show you around the area and offer advice and suggestions on local schools, community issues etc.

For Saturday evening we can organise a meal in a decent restaurant, followed by some sightseeing on Sunday morning before driving you to the airport in good time for your flight home in the afternoon.

Arrangements are flexible however and made according to your requirements.

Once you have successfully bought your home or investment property we can help with furnishings and the setting up of utility accounts. We can also activate monitored alarm systems and pass on vital local information about hospitals, schools etc. and manage your property in the case of non-residents.
